Gourmet rejoice! Dubai Food Festival to start on 25 March

Last year may have been a year of staying at home and trying hands at cooking, but the year 2021 has brought a piece of good news to the gastronomes of Dubai.

The annual Dubai Food Festival 2021 will commence in the city from this month and foodies in the city couldn’t ask for more. The dates of the festival have been announced and will be held from March 25 to April 17.

The three-week-long gastronomical gathering will include foodie experiences, innovative dining experiences, masterclasses from top chefs, chef’s tables among others.

Organized by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), this year’s festival will exhibit the dining scene from bespoke gourmet pop-ups to appearances from world-famous chefs. Regular favorites like Dubai Restaurant Week will feature exclusive menus of over 30 restaurants.

Other highlights of the festival include Etisalat Beach Canteen’s display of Dubai’s evolving international and local scene and the establishment of local homegrown brands.

The food festival has something for every palate and taste and promises to bring diverse cuisine of the world and Dubai alike. In its eighth editions, this year, the festival will focus on Dubai’s rich food scene, rich culinary diversity, authentic and homegrown cuisine, unique restaurant experiences, and exceptional value for money. From street-food to family-friendly dining scenes, the Dubai Food Festival has cuisine for every palate and budget, making it one of the most visited gatherings for tourists and residents alike.
