McKinley Hill Opens Bureau of Quarantine Satellite Office in Venice Grand Canal
Outbound travelers, including Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 may now avail of their International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) or “yellow cards” at McKinley Hill, Taguig City starting Sept. 3, 2021.
The Bureau of Quarantine has opened its satellite office at 2/F, Venice Grand Canal to accommodate individuals who have confirmed appointments with the Bureau of Quarantine Online Booking System (BOQ OBS).
To avail of the service, individuals should book their appointment via https://icv.boq.ph. Upon registration, they will be required to provide details indicated on their vaccination cards and passport. They will also be asked to upload a copy of their valid identification card or a certification from the local government unit which administered their vaccines.
A documentary fee of P300 and a convenience fee of P70 shall be paid through different payment channels, including credit/debit card, cash via payment centers, e-money and online banking. Appointment status may then be viewed through the BOQ OBS.
The BOQ Satellite Office in Venice Grand Canal, McKinley Hill is open from Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm. Residents of Quezon City or neighboring cities may also book their appointment with BOQ’s satellite office at 2/F Citywalk, Eastwood City. Megaworld Lifestyle Mall is looking to open additional sites in its other lifestyle malls including Uptown Bonifacio in Taguig City and Newport Mall in Pasay City to serve more OFWs and outbound travelers.
BOQ Satellite Office only accepts individuals who have confirmed appointments. Venice Grand Canal strictly implements safety protocols such as wearing face masks and face shields, as well as safe distancing.
The ICV is recognized by the World Health Organization as official documentation for vaccination and serves as a travel requirement for several host countries.
