Egypt has launched a major campaign to promote medical tourism.

The Egyptian General Authority of Healthcare has launched its largest-ever medical tourism campaign to promote Luxor hospitals.

The General Authority of Healthcare has signed a cooperation protocol with one of Egypt’s leading national medical tourism companies. The company will implement its programs in various medical specialties in the authority’s hospitals, which offer five-star treatment and stays.

The authority’s overall campaign brand promotes the message “We take care of you in Egypt.”

For the first time, the medical tourism program will be implemented with regulatory mechanisms based on approved medical facilities that provide health services in accordance with international standards.

The system will provide advanced medical and therapeutic services, as well as surgeries. Many hospital hotel suites are outfitted with cutting-edge technology.

The campaign aims to bring patients from Libya, Yemen, and 13 other countries.

Medical tourism offices will be available at major airports.
