Entry Rules: Extremely Easy
Mexico is now accepting unvaccinated visitors. Since 2020, the country has taken a softer stance on border restrictions. As a result, visitors from many countries can enter without providing proof of vaccination.
Furthermore, unlike most countries, tourists are not required to submit proof of a negative PCR test before to arrival. Entry into Mexico is still as easy as it was in 2019.
Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, and Cabo San Lucas are the most popular Mexican vacation spots, especially for those wishing to get away from the cold of winter.
Norway
Entry Rules: Extremely Easy
Norway has lifted all Covid-19-related entry requirements for all travelers, vaccinated or not, beginning of February 12, 2022. The Scandinavian country was the first in the world to return its admission criteria and internal rules to pre-pandemic levels.
El Salvador
Entry Rules: Extremely Easy
El Salvador removed all entry requirements in late-2021 and is now as easy to enter as it was before the outbreak. Unvaccinated travelers are allowed to enter with no testing, quarantines, or health forms.
Visitors should be advised that mask requirements remain in effect.
United Kingdom
Entry Rules: High – 2 tests
Those who do not have the shot will be allowed to enter the UK, but they must produce proof of:
— Prior to enrollment, a negative 48-hour covid test
- Take a second PCR test, which was scheduled and paid for before entering the country, within two days of admission.
There is no need for quarantine.
Vaccine passports, as well as all mask mandates, are no longer required in the United Kingdom as of February 2022.

Croatia
Entry Rules: Moderate 1 test
Do you want to go on a winter holiday in Europe? Croatia has kept its travel restrictions relatively low as Europe tightens its restrictions on non-EU countries in response to the Omicron variant. Unvaccinated visitors are allowed to enter the country if they show proof of a negative PCR or Antigen test.
Unvaccinated tourists must have a negative PCR test 72 hours prior to arrival or a fast antigen test result 24 hours prior to arrival.
Cyprus
Entry Rules: High 2 tests
Cyrpus is a beautiful Mediterranian island with a beautiful shoreline, white sand beaches, and wonderful weather all year. Unvaccinated travelers from most countries are allowed to enter Cyrpus if they pay for a PCR test upon arrival and a second (free!) fast test 72 hours later.
Travelers under the age of 11 are exempt from the requirement. Furthermore, regardless of their vaccination status, passengers from the United States are not required to quarantine upon arrival.
U.A.E
Entry Rules: Moderate 1 test with the potential of random test on arrival
Unvaccinated travelers are welcome in the United Arab Emirates, which includes Dubai and Abu Dhabi. However, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah have different travel limitations within the country.
Depending on the airport you arrive at, you should check for quarantine limitations, documents, and other constraints. Regardless, the country is a great place to visit for a sunny winter break or a luxurious escape at any time of year.
Entry requires a negative 72-hour PCR test.
Jamaica
Entry Rules: Moderate 1 test
Jamaica is a stunningly gorgeous Caribbean island. Furthermore, the island welcomes unvaccinated visitors for a carefree vacation. Most internal limitations are expected to be lifted by Spring 2022.
All passengers entering Jamaica must present a negative antigen or PCR test taken no more than three days prior to their arrival.
If visitors show any symptoms, they may be required to perform a COVID-19 test upon arrival. If a test is required, tourists will be required to remain in their hotel room until the results of the test are received. Tourists who have not been vaccinated are required to remain in the ‘resilient corridor.’
Tanzania
Entry Rules: Moderate 1 test on arrival
Throughout the epidemic, Tanzania has been a favorite destination due to its relaxed restrictions, magnificent natural beauty, stunning beaches, and serene lifestyle.
Visitors who have not been vaccinated may attend, but must bring a 96-hour negative test or be tested when they arrive.
While some border restrictions remain in force in Tanzania, internal limitations have been eliminated or lowered to’recommended.’ The government just encourages people to wear masks, but there is no national policy in place.
Romania
Entry Rules: High 1 test + EU Digital Covid Cert in effect
If you’re looking for an affordable vacation with magnificent gothic architecture, Romania is a great place to visit this winter. Travelers who have not been vaccinated can enter Romania, but they must choose between a 5-day quarantine or a negative 72-hour PCR test.
Quarantine and/or testing will be waived if the traveler can show proof of recent recovery (14-180 days).
Unvaccinated people will need to authenticate their digital certificate with proof of recovery or a recent negative test to enter indoor public areas because Romania is still officially utilizing the EU’s digital certificate.
Turkey
Entry Rules: Moderate 1 test
In 2022, Turkey, a country with endless good cities, national parks, and beautiful beaches, will be open to unvaccinated tourists. Unvaccinated tourists, on the other hand, must show proof of a negative PCR test within 72 hours of arrival.
Unvaccinated tourists can also show proof of a negative antigen test done within 48 hours of their arrival. The requirement for proof of recovery is also in place.
Egypt
Entry Rules: Moderate 1 test
If you’ve got a fascination with Ancient Egyptian history — and nobody would blame you — you’ll love visiting Egypt. Furthermore, unvaccinated travelers can enter the country, but they must provide evidence of a negative PCR test taken within 96 hours before arrival.
South Africa
Entry Rules: Moderate 1 test
In 2022, South Africa will be open to unvaccinated visitors. As a result, the Southern Hemisphere has a beautiful sunny escape.
Before arriving, travelers can show proof of a negative 72-hour PCR test.
South Africa was one of the first African countries to lift nearly all COVID-19 limitations. Belize

In 2022, Belize will be open to unvaccinated visitors if they can show documentation of a negative 48-hour antigen or 96-hour PCR test, book only ‘Gold’ quality accommodations, and purchase obligatory health insurance.
Ireland
Entry Rules: Moderate 1 test
Most COVID-19 limitations in Ireland have been lifted. The curfew on bars, restaurants, taverns, and theaters in Ireland was lifted on January 22. Visitors will also not be required to present proof of an EU Digital COVID certificate.
Passengers who have not been vaccinated can enter Ireland without being quarantined if they provide a negative PCR test within 72 hours of their arrival.
Albania
Entry Rules: Moderate 1 test
Albania was open to unvaccinated travellers without testing throughout 2020 and most of 2021. They did, however, begin demanding an admission test in September 2021.
Those who do not have the vaccine can now enter using either a 72-hour PCR test or a 48-hour antigen test in 2022. In lieu of testing, recent recovery within the last six months is also permitted.
Nicaragua
Entry Rules: Moderate 1 test
Nicaragua is one of the few countries in the world that has never enacted a comprehensive set of covid regulations. They kept their borders open from the beginning of the pandemic when many other Latin countries closed theirs, they never imposed gathering restrictions, and mask laws were never fully implemented.
Unvaccinated visitors are welcome to attend with only a 72-hour PCR test due to the easygoing atmosphere.
Bahamas
Entry Rules: High 2 tests
The Bahamas is a great vacation place, especially during the winter months, despite the fact that the unvaccinated must do two tests to enter. Flights from Miami take only an hour while flights from New York take only three hours.
You’ll require a 3-day PCR test to attend, as well as a possible second antigen-type test when you arrive.
Aruba
Entry Rules: Moderate 1 test + mandatory travel insurance

Portugal
Entry Rules: High 1 test + EU Digital Covid Cert in effect
Portugal is one of the few EU countries that still allows unvaccinated visitors. If you don’t have the vaccine, you can bring a 24-hour antigen test or a 72-hour PCR test instead.
Portugal had 20 million yearly tourists prior to the epidemic, and with their more relaxed approach, this popular nation is likely to begin to restore those numbers.
For the time being, masks are required for indoor dining and other indoor public venues, as is displaying a valid Covid certificate (which can be validated with proof of recovery or recent negative test).
Georgia

The Dominican Republic has stated that all Covid-19 limitations would be lifted on February 16, 2022, including the requirement for a vaccine passport to enter stores, restaurants, and public transportation. The Dominican Republic did not have any vaccination restrictions for admission, but the vaccine passport for services inside the country prevented it from being included on this list.
The Dominican Republic does not need any testing or quarantines for admission, making it a relatively easy country to visit if you are not vaccinated.
Slovenia
Entry Rules: Very Easy
On February 21, 2022, Slovenia eliminated all entrance criteria and border controls. To enter, you must have confirmation of immunization, recent recovery, or a negative test. Furthermore, they have removed all vaccine passport requirements for travel within the country, allowing unvaccinated visitors to not only enter the country but also to visit restaurants, museums, and other attractions.
Israel
Entry Rules: High 2 tests
In Israel, All immigrants, including unvaccinated Americans and Canadians, will be welcomed starting March 1, 2022, regardless of vaccination status. Despite the removal of the non-immunized entrance ban, all tourists will still be required to provide a negative PCR test before flying. Foreign nationals will also be required to take a second PCR once they arrive in the United States.

Iceland
Entry Rules: Extremely Easy
Iceland now welcomes unvaccinated visitors with wide arms, with no need for tests or quarantines. The process is the same as it was in 2019. Mask mandates, curfews, and gathering restrictions have all been lifted once within the nation.
