• Haiti – Now requires a 72-hour PCR or antigen test from all passengers
• Tanzania – As of May 4, 2021 requiring a 72-hour PCR test
• North Macedonia – As of September 1, 2021, requiring a 72-hour PCR test, proof of vaccination
• Colombia – Removed November 20, 2021. Vaccine passport in effect for businesses, restaurants & events
• Dominican Republic – Still requires PCR testing from select countries.
