New floating resort at Dubai Marina
Dubai never fails to amaze you with its stunning, unique, and never seen before monuments and architecture. It has done it once again.
The emirate will soon have one more landmark addition, the Floating Sea Palace Resort with plans to be placed at Dubai Marina. With an estimated cost of approx Dh600 million, the resort includes a spectacular hotel and six linked glass boat villas each priced at Dh20 million.
The luxurious two floors villas come with a balcony, an outdoor swimming pool, four ensuite bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. It is said to also have a glass at the bottom for owners to enjoy the underwater view and a diving board to make the most of the Arabian Sea. The living room has been designed by the luxury car brand Aston Martin.
“It is a mix of a yacht and home. The house is licensed as a yacht. Homes, which have been named Neptune, are 95 percent complete, and the remaining work will be finished in a month, while the whole project is around 65 percent complete,” said Mohamed El Bahrawy, CEO and founder of El Bahrawy Group. He also added, “We build it on a class certificate or class specification basis. There are 12 classes globally. You can license a house according to your passport and sail to any part of the world as each house can be separated from the entire project,”
The homes are 95% complete and the rest of it will get done within a month. The whole project is around 65% done. One of the villas has already been sold to Dubai-based businessman Balvinder Sahni, also known as Abu Sabah.
