Singapore entry requirements for Visitors from the Philippines.
Updated guidelines on requirements for entering in Singapore:
1. Travellers entering or transiting through Singapore, are required to take a pre-departure Covid-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours before the scheduled departure date of their flight.
2. Effective 2 August 2021, all passenger arriving in Singapore from the Philippines are required to take a COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test (ART) and a COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Test upon arrival at the Singapore Changi Airport.
3. The following passengers do not need to present a valid negative COVID-19 PCR test:
- Children below 3 years of age;
- Passengers who have only had travel history to Brunei Darussalam, Hong Kong, Macao, Mainland China, New Zealand, Singapore, or Taiwan within the last 21 days1 prior to departure for Singapore; and
- passengers who have been issued with a letter by a relevant Singapore government agency exempting them from the requirements for a pre-departure PCR test.
4. Passengers with work permit and S-pass holders from the construction, marine and process sectors, foreign domestic workers and confinement nannies will take the ART upon arrival at Singapore Changi Airport:
a. If ART is negative, their on-arrival PCR will be taken at the Stay-at-Home Dedicated Facilities.
b. If ART is positive, a confirmatory PCR will be taken at the airport.
5. Passengers are strongly encouraged to register and pre-pay for their on-arrival COVID-19 ART (SGD67 including GST) and on-arrival COVID-19 PCR test (SGD160 including GST) prior to departing for Singapore at https://safetravel.changiairport.com
