Second Peppa Pig theme Park In US Opens In 2024.
A second Peppa Pig theme park is set to open in the United States in 2024. The new park will be located in the state of Florida and is expected to feature rides, attractions, and shows based on the popular children’s TV show. The first Peppa Pig theme park opened in Pennsylvania in 2019 and has since become a popular destination for families with young children. In Texas, the second Peppa Pig Theme Park in North America is set to open in 2024.
The standalone theme park, according to Merlin Entertainments, will be located in North Richland Hills, Texas, near the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The park will feature numerous rides, interactive attractions, themed playscapes, and shows based on the Peppa Pig franchise.
Families with preschool-aged children can meet Peppa and her friends as they snort, giggle, play, and create their first amusement park memories as part of a partnership between Merlin and Hasbro.
“The Peppa Pig Theme Park’s success has been phenomenal, and we are excited to embark on the journey again with our friends at Merlin to bring another park to the city of North Richland Hills,” said Hasbro Vice President Matt Proulx.
“Adding another Peppa Pig Theme Park for fans to enjoy continues our Blueprint 2.0 strategy of providing more meaningful ways for families to engage with our brands,” said Proulx. “We can’t wait to have more guests join us in making lifelong memories with Peppa and her friends.”
In 2022, the first Peppa Pig Theme Park will open at the LEGOLAND Florida Resort. Hasbro has licensed Merlin Entertainments, which operates LEGOLAND, to build and operate Peppa Pig attractions. Officials from LEGOLAND Resorts announced in February that all of the company’s theme parks would become Certified Autism Centers (CAC) by spring 2023.
Single-day tickets for Peppa Pig Theme Park are available for $34.99. Admission to Peppa Pig Theme Park can also be bundled with admission to LEGOLAND® Florida Theme Park as a Two-Park, Two-Day Ticket, starting at $134.99 when purchased online in advance.
